Sen. Tim Scott unveiled legislation removing references to reputation risk from safety & soundness regulation: tinyurl.com/3xs5fdre.

Nailed it! FDIC withdraws four outstanding proposed rules: www.fdic.gov/news/press-r....

I didn't call the incentive comp rule, but I didn't realize you needed to withdraw something that was never published in the federal register. Lesson learned! #FDIC #Regulation
