Not forced friendly.

Healthy. Human. Sometimes awkward but not the uncomfortable awkward. Solutions oriented.

Chile - I’m not easily impressed.

And I can’t stop thinking about it.

Not that phony healthy work culture. This was rich and authentic. People were HAPPY at work. Introverts were permitted to introvert. Extroverts were courteous. Appropriate challenging language. Healthy complex dialogue.

I went over my time (sort of not my fault), and they were like keep going.

I have NEVER - EVER - left a team wishing I was going to see them again. 😅

Healthiest work culture I’ve ever seen. Company profits are good and I’m sure that plays a part but I mean. They should be studied, honestly.
