So true. People have trouble envisaging process compared to actual organism, particularly if they are charismatic ones like pandas. Process recognition requires more investment in the ideas of ecology. for a look at both, see my projects at dedide.info where I tackle both.

South Australia coast line - major algal bloom disaster. SA govt. info page does not mention climate crisis as having any role. I tried to use their form to point this out, but it never submits.🤬

Scientists have discovered a rare plant called Rinorea niccolifera, found only on Luzon Island, that can absorb and store extremely high levels of heavy metals in its leaves. This makes it a hyperaccumulator, a rare type of plant capable of thriving in metal-rich soils without damage.
