How about a sloppy, greasy, double smash burger seasoned with SP. topped off with a ghost pepper cheese, a little onion, few pickles and some Arby’s sauce on a toasted bun.

Pics are not great but here’s my Super Bowl brisket. It was over cooked, fell apart when trying to do the bend test. Thought it would be dry from being over but it was not. Rather moist. I was surprised. 😂

First post so why not a Super Bowl brisket. It’s finished so will post the results when I get to my sons and slice it up.
