How it feels being at work on a Tuesday
Best Yakuza Kiwami last week, and I don’t really have a whole lot to say about it. Gameplay wise very similar to 0 for obvious reasons but I felt the story was not up to the same quality.

Dark Souls 3 (and both DLC) finished today marking a close to my third soulsborne entry. This game took what I loved from the first dark souls and refined it. With great level design, music, and bosses (mostly).

Miside completed last week so I’m back with another yapping session. Non-spoiler review: enjoyable short narrative horror game that’s both reminiscent of other psychological horror games and different enough to make its mark. Impressive showing for a two man studio.

First play through of Yakuza 0 and my first entry to the series finally complete. Short hand review: From all the goofy content I’ve seen online from the series I didn’t expect such a serious and emotional narrative. Fantastic game all around and an instant favorite.

Beat Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty for the first time this week and it is both a familiar improvement on its predecessor and a completely different experience. Genuinely a postmodern masterpiece but I’ll get into that later.
