Zach Kleiman's seat had better be pretty warm. Obviously a few things out of his control, but the Thunder have absolutely rocketed past the Grizzlies (and everyone else) while the Grizzlies have stalled out with a so-called Big 3 and several prominent whiffs in FA and the first round of the draft.
