Part of the reason why I think Bluesky works well is that users can *kind of* form communities by way of shared blocklists.
However I think a single moderation team, regardless of tooling, for millions of users is just unworkable.
It's an interesting conundrum of social connectivity vs safety.

Their help centre is also no good. Trying to search for something prompts you to log in with basic auth. That's not secure.
The article layout is lacklustre. These pages are styled differently to the rest of the site, and are very boilerplate.
Also no clear way to send them feedback.

Expanding on categories; there's a lot of creative categories but they overlap too much.

Going to the Streams page shows me a list of all streams, and categories a different sub-page. Filters are hidden away in a small text button in the top right.
A lot of the filters don't make sense and the way they're ordered is backward. Big filters should be first, then more fine-grained ones.
