The farmer has installed a fence, single strand with insulators so I assume electric? I'm not sure if it's to keep me out or the brassicas in. Hope your day is more promising than mine BlueSky.
Leafy crop growing in the field next door, the valley is grassy. The sky is overcast with clouds all the way down. The distant hills are nowhere to be seen.

Happy Friday everyone. TIL that on the other side of the river they bail the silage rather than trailer it away.
Sunshine briefly breaks through the clouds in the Cree valley. In the foreground is the green roof of my neighbors sheds. The estuary is near the top of the tide and beyond you can see the fields and buildings of the other farmer. There may even be rain falling on the uplands beyond.

Cairnsmore under a cap of cloud this morning, the fields in the valley have been mowed and are light green. I have no idea what's growing in the field next to me but it's leafy.

Rain clouds obscure the hills this morning. They've been cutting the grass fields and you can just make out the lighter shades of green between the hedges. Something leafy grows in the field in the immediate foreground.

It's pleasantly warm here with no direct sunshine. I've a busy week before the holidays begin in earnest. Taking time off just isn't something my employer seems geared up for in my case. I fully predict something will go horribly wrong as soon as I'm away from my laptop.

The sun poised above Cairnsmore lights up the Cree valley. Cirrocumulus clouds partially obscure the blue sky with distant haze. The field next door is a bit scratchy but definitely more green than yellow now.some nettles are visible tucked up against the wall in the foreground and just a touch of some purple flowers in the rockery at the bottom left.

It's by all accounts going to be a scorcher here though there might be some cloud. I'm going to try and sweat it out in my office though I may have to flee to the relative coolness of the kitchen. Hope you're having a lovely day wherever you are BlueSky.

I should really try and learn more words for clouds beyond puffy, however there are puffy clouds with patches of blue, hazy distant hills, a field turning rapidly now from yellow to green and various hedges in the valley.

Happy Friday, the rain is here though it's brightening up here on the Machars now, reports from Whauphill suggest there may even be sunshine on the way. Looks like nature is healing on the field next to me. Have a good one BlueSky.
Rain and mist in the Cree Valley, there isn't much view though you can see the estuary and the lush fields of grass on the flood plane. There are clear swathes of green on the yellow field now.

That's excellent James. My garden looks like no one owns it.
My rockery including grass is lowly invading the paving stones. Cairnsmore in the background, a decaying bird table features. You can see my neighbors sheds and an oil tank for their heating over the wall. There are Welsh poppies and chives and various other blue and yellow flowers.

The RAF practices low flying exercises over Scotland in preparation for the inevitable day when we realise that the only possible way we'll see independence is to rise up against them.
