Dear diary. After sign language 🤟 class, Dada and Mama boarded a boat, instead of their regular walk home.

I’d love to share what my first boat ride was like, but I slept through the entire thing!

Dear diary. Once in a while, Mama and Dada go to a restaurant when we’re outside.

So they sit there and eat while I protest about my diaper. They think I‘m whining about wanting their food, but I just want a clean bum.

Dear diary. Today Mama and Dada took me to Granville Island again for baby sign language class. 🤟

Then we got to stroll around fisherman’s wharf, there there were lots of water lilies. Pretty! 😍

I was cloud gazing on a stroll, when a crow lifted its bum. Dada evaded the falling poo, saving me.

Dada calls me lucky bc he was in his thirties when he first saw a crow poo.

Crows are so dark and mysterious like Eric Draven, but this dissolves the gothic romance of it all.

I also saw a heron in the same pond! What a lucky spot! Strolling in Granville Island is fun!

We saw more Cobra Chickens with their babies. Springtime is so wonderful.

Not sure what “sakura” means in English, but if I were to guess, it means “pink floofy thing“. Our neighbourhood streets are lined with these pretty trees.

Dear diary. After watching my parents eat at a fancy Japanese restaurant, I was hoping to taste it vicariously through the booby.

Instead they gave me this vile substance called “formula”. And it’s based on, get this…cow milk!

Who’d suck a bovine booby, I wouldn’t want to meet them. Nope-ity nope!
