I don't have time to watch the whole toby thing but that particular Sans sprite is slowly convincing me to watch it haha

It did make him a bit insecure during his teens but nowadays he considers himself a very handsome skeleton and embraces it. To this day Papyrus can win any argument by bringing it up since Sans is sooo ashamed of that incident

They were playing with bullet patterns and yeah, Sans attacks do no damage but tripping on one and falling face first into the sidewalk could probs do some damage. It wasn't as serious as it looked since Papyrus has always been pretty tough, Sans was scrambling to make him laugh
