Coincidentally, when the Soft Boys played in Edinburgh in October 1980 our entire audience consisted of five US Marines who were tripping on acid. They enjoyed the show, they said, but counseled us: “Carter’s a pussy, man - we should nuke Iran.”

A brilliant interview…. I was always intrigued how he ended up doing such great things……. After 85…… I had to depend on mixtapes to keep up with Dublin…. The Internet filled in all the gaps…… I’m looking through the list to see what grabs me…… best

Iistened 9 WASSIES.AND STANO EPISODES......BOTH GREAT. WAS LATE TO THE WASSIES BUT BY THE TIME I LEFT DUBLIN IN 85 STANO WAS IN MY OPINION THE MOST ORIGINAL ARTIST FROM DUBLIN......I NEED TO CATCH UP ON LATER PROJECTS. MY 7INCH BY THE THREAT WAS FOUND IN COVID AND I WAS reunited with it in 2020
