I should probably feel like I'm really missing out not being at MFF, but I just... don't. I've had a really hard time with cons the last few years. Mostly really intense rejection sensitivity, I think. I dunno. I'm doing really bad and I don't how to fix myself.

I'm watching Dark Shadows again, and this scene really stuck out to me. A bat flies in through the window to terrorize poor David here, and this is represented with a very unconvincing toy bat on a string. You can even see the shadow of the stick it's attached to! Funniest shit I've seen all day!
