For a century people being endangered on our roads have been told they are the problem.

Would it have been so hard to at least put flexposts on Granville bike lane under the train tracks? I take this exact picture every commute home

Ward 46: Autobots Assemble!

Our Ward office is asking for feedback on the delivery robots that are run by a private company, blocking sidewalks for walkers, people w/ strollers, and folks who use mobility devices.

They also make an annoying sound that I can hear inside my condo

One cool reform element related to parking minimums has impacted previously planned projects:

“In the Bronx, a 94-unit project will not include the 25 parking spots previously required, & in Brooklyn, a more than 500-unit project will not include the previously required 140 parking spots.”

If you live or travel through Brighton Park on Archer, please let alderwoman Julia Ramirez know that this safety improvement is appreciated. Urge her to stick to her guns. The opposition is small but very loud.

CBS just produced an extremely one-sided report on the Archer Complete streets project, repeatedly calling the project "reducing Archer Avenue from 4 lanes to 2" for bike lanes, when it's really a 4 -> 3 conversion to make the street safer for all users. What are your thoughts on this segment?

This is going to be like the most expensive station rebuild in the history of humanity and they are not even building an in-station transfer to the Red Line subway.

And, be sure to send an email to your alderperson and the Mayor expressing your frustration, and letting them know you want the program to move forward.

We have an easy tool to contact them – it only takes 60 seconds!

Our database of over 100,000 reported bike lane obstructions shows business owners themselves use bike lanes as free parking. They know the current system is so broken they will not be ticketed. They also instruct delivery drivers and customers to do the same.

What's happening with the Chicago Public Libraries right now is terrible. The proposed budget of the city would CUT 89 CPL positions. Importantly, 78 positions were lost LAST year. That would be 167 positions in 2 YEARS while COPS KEEP GETTING MORE MONEY. ENOUGH. SAY NO.

If you oppose this ban, write your alderman!

It is not a stretch at this point to say that, if you are using a Ring doorbell, you are an ICE collaborator.

Amazon readily provides data to LEOs and ICE.

Don't want to be an ICE collaborator? Then don't use Ring.
remember that your ring doorbell starts using face recognition on every face it sees today :)
