One of my abiding impressions of Brexit is the way it slammed doors of opportunity in the faces of young people several rungs below Boris Johnson’s countless children on the ladders of privilege & advantage.

Is Farage still facing scrutiny over his partner’s £885k Frinton home.

Is it aggressive tax avoidance? Has he misled voters? Where’s the transparency? What’s happening?

Just asking questions.

I don’t recall as much fuss when the Tories were caught actually lying about their final Budget and keeping the truth from the OBR. What became of this investigation? www.theguardian.com/business/202....

Head of OBR says spending commitment would have ‘materially changed’ its forecast on Jeremy Hunt’s pre-election budget

Watched BBC 6 o clock news. Just a completely unserious broadcast. Chris Mason, acting like a children's entertainer, giving a prolonged impenetrable editorial. Not a whiff of informative content about the Budget or what it means for the country. Just playschool blah blah bollocks.

Mason going for the jugular on the BBC News confirms that Robbie Gibb has taken his 'outing' at the Select Committee rather badly. A reminder: a grifting MP absent from his constituency, lying about the UK to the US Senate, deflecting claims of Russian collusion & racism, is the real news story.

The current blizzard of coverage on Rachel Reeves vs. the leeway granted to Boris Johnson.
A reminder of how the BBC covered Boris Johnson's long record of lying, as being a "complicated relationship with the truth".

Main Stream Media News channels platforming Tory after Tory over the supposed Rachel Reeves dishonesty is truly OTT.
Nearly 15 years of Conservative government lies, corruption and mismanagement, and they have the gall to ask for her to resign over this.
Pathetic. 😡

How much he charged for 🇭🇳 former president pardon?

It’s not about drugs.
It’s all about the money.

Can’t remember budget ‘case studies’ ever being quite so funny. Especially in newspapers that recently anointed Liz Truss a fiscal genius.
Wow - this guy must be really, REALLY bad with money if an extra £208 per month will “ruin” his retirement.

Let’s take a look at his situation based on what he told the @Telegraph

Because this does NOT add up!

No, this is not a “poor pensioner” scrabbling around for pennies…

Can someone please explain how Donald Trump can be blowing up & murdering alleged Venezuelan drug traffickers fishing in the sea off of South America and in the Caribbean but pardoning a convicted major drug dealer because he is from a seemingly "friendly" Honduras?

in the midst of our supposed campaign against Venezuelan drug traffickers the President of the United States has chosen to pardon the Former President of Honduras, freeing him from his long prison sentence earned for trafficking more than 400 tons of cocaine into the United States

The only reason Gill stopped being the Reform UK leader in Wales was because he failed to win a seat in the 2021 Senedd election.

Zia Yusuf keeps trying to make this sound like this is ancient history, and Reform washed their hands of him, but nothing is further from the truth.

Caught lobbying for cash or bullying in Parliament? You can still return to the House of Lords - for life.
No real consequences. No accountability.

Ban rule-breaking peers from the House of Lords.
Lords found guilty of serious misconduct – like bullying or lobbying for cash – still get to make our laws. I just signed a petition to kick rule-breaking peers out of the Lords for good. Want to add...

Still reeling from the Stanford report on Brexit. Reduced GDP by up to 8% and investment by as much as 18%. The UK Treasury would have £40 billion more each year if Britain had remained in the EU. Devastating self-immolation.

I am still mystified that this is not a main story- Mone‘s corruption is relatively minor - millions vs billions. The Mone corruption must still be investigated but seriously who is looking into the 37 billion?

When we get told that taxes have to rise or public sector workers can't have a pay rise just remember it's because this lot took the money.

I'd like to see an interview point this out next time the Tories are handing out advice on the economy.
