Myeloid effector cells in cancer
Schol et al. describe in this perspective the key role of myeloid effector cells in tumor control during successful immunotherapy. They also discuss myeloid cell tumor-rejecting functions, their intricate interactions with tumor-specific T cells, and highlight strategies to activate them for therapeutic applications.

NiCo is out! Our new algorithm for spatial transcriptomics data analysis predicts the crosstalk of cell types co-localized in tissue niches and sheds light on signalling mediators and downstream effects of cell-cell interactions by inferring covarying gene programs.

New paper out in @ScienceMagazine! In 8 studies (multiple platforms, methods, time periods) we find: misinformation evokes more outrage than trustworthy news, when it does it's shared more + ppl are less likely to read before sharing. w/ @killianmcl1 @Klonick @mollycrockett 🧵👇
