a list that's gotten a !takedown label will just 404 afaik (this is how they used to do things), but if they start doing just !hide then the list should still be retrievable if you don't include bsky mod in your http headers. otherwise it'll be some other error, have not looked into it

They can't. They add you to the list before you block them or they block you. Once blocked you can't see them & they can't see you at all.
I would agree, I would think anything associated with any deleted account would be deleted, too.

Also, why do the harassment lists made by suspended accounts remain active and in place? If the purpose was to harass, then the list should also be eliminated, and subscribers dissolved.

PLEASE fix the issue where paint can add you to an abusive list like "Disinformation vectors" and then block you, and y you can't report the list, or even see the list, but you get a notification that you were added to the list.
That just lets people get away with abusive lists.

The current system lets people I blocked—maybe for harassment—continue to harass me from behind a block, while I can’t find the blocked account to report. This shields harassers.

You desperately need to prevent people that a user has blocked from adding them to lists.
If I block user X, user X should NOT be allowed to then add me to a list. This is almost entirely done for harassment purposes.
This simple change would prevent a lot of harassment.
