Fan binding finished (a while ago but I’m finally sharing it)! 😅 Basis of Reality by fallintosanity. I learned a lot with this one!

Welp I finally did it

I swapped out my FFXV phone wallpapers. I have enjoyed them for nearly a decade and they will always be there for me if I decide I need them again.

I’ve traded them for… my oldest hyper-fixation instead

The reasons I haven’t made much progress on the bookbinding front are 1) I’m still acclimating to my part-time day job (which has absolutely no downtime but is otherwise great) and 2) the state of my desktop printer. Yeah, there are issues.
A stack of printed pages. My fingers are holding them open to a page with an illustration. The illustration has irregular white streaks through it, and along the bottom of the page is a horizontal line of smudged ink, with a large blotch at the right edge.

Once again I would be working on illustrations for the next installment of my FFXV stories but I’m waiting for my iPad to charge so I can’t BUT HEY I forgot to post photos of the finished first installment!

I may just have spent an hour stitching my text block together and recording it so I can share the process… I made mistakes! I recorded those, too! Now it’s under a stack of books, getting flattened.
