I don’t know if the advertisers they will have will be ones they would have had anyway or not, but if so, they might also want to know that their dollars are going to a repeat of Family Feud instead of what they had intended.

Did they, or did they not, have songs on the charts and the radio? Did they sell albums and merch? That sounds like a band to me, if not a prescient harbinger of the way bands get marketed in the future.
