21. Ghost. This was a comic published by Dark Horse Comics in the 90s that I enjoyed. Very few people knew who I was; the number of times I got "Emma Frost" was wild.😆This was the first time I incorporated a corset into the base of the #cosplay itself. This photo won a contest w/Dark Horse in 2010.😁

16. Power Girl. I love Amanda Conner's art of PG, as well as PG's humor. This shot was taken at Union Terminal in Cincinnati, which was what the Hall of Justice was based off of. I came here with a bunch of other DC cosplayers + Uncle George Perez (I miss him❤️). I'll never forget that day!

15. Deadpool! This was before Lady DP existed in comics. I just wanted to be silly, give people confused boners, & have fun. The gun is from Cable & Deadpool. The swords are real; this was before 'weapons check' was a thing.😬The suit was easy enough to make & I utilized watershoes for soles again.

5. Black Cat! I inherited a serger from my grandma in 2007 & I immediately set to work. I decided to make a bodysuit pattern for myself, so I took apart Rogue's black bodysuit & made a pattern out of it. This is stretch pvc with white faux fur & later I sewed water shoe soles onto the footies. 🐈‍⬛
