The thing about adhd brain and requesting books from the library as soon as I hear about it is that it’s been a few weeks and I have no idea where I heard of this book and don’t even know what it was about. But it’s about queer sorcerers?? Enemies to lovers by the sounds of it? Okay, thanks past me!

The *comfort* level of the Yeosang-Yunho dorm is infamous in both atiny circles and the members’ group chat. “Are you—” Hongjoong starts, before catching himself. Seonghwa’s eyes are dark when they turn to him. “Hm?” “Ah. I mean. Did you remember to pack swim trunks, or are you in there in your underwear?” He carefully avoids asking if *they* are skinny dipping as they speak, but he doesn’t avoid *thinking* about the possibility. A slow panic takes root in his stomach as he realizes that San being the only one in actual swim gear may have been why he was the one who got out of the water to let Hongjoong in. Seonghwa smiles like the Cheshire cat and sinks lower into the water. “Can you not tell from up there?” San sends a half-hearted splash in Seonghwa’s direction and rolls his eyes. “Hyung’s in his swim trunks. So is Yeosangie.” “Mm,” Yeosang agrees. “I keep mine packed. It’s easier to keep swim stuff with gym clothes in case there’s a whirlpool or something to take a dip in after a workout.” Hongjoong lets out a breath, hoping it comes across as the relief of the team captain averting possible scandal.

Have I ever brought my Hongjoong/Xiao Zhan agenda to bsky before? This is how I got into Ateez. I was casually listening to Kpop to work in 2022 and noticed screaming in Guerilla, looked up who in the name of capitalism was doing Kpop scream metal and found Hongjoong fancams. Doubletook him for XZ.
