My WIP is an adult fantasy with lots of disability & queer rep where a thief agrees to a treasure-hunting con for the money needed to save her sick sister. With her sight declining with every use of her magic, she must dodge dragons, lie-sniffing mages & the one person who knows her true identity.

Four years ago, some family dropped this sweet boy off at the shelter two days before Christmas for “knocking down toddlers in the home”. He came home with us skinny & sick on New Year’s Eve. The 23rd is also my spouse’s birthday so we say it was meant to be. We love you so, Duke. Happy birthday ❤️
