Writing Tip:
Not everything has to work like clockwork. That can actually be an issue your readers will pick up on. No story is perfect, after all. For example, do your characters ever get sick? Or injured? Do they ever forget things or make mistakes? They should!

Sunset on Friday 18th December 1908. I have cleaned-up this astounding autochrome photograph of twilight 117 years ago, taken in colour by Julien Gérardin. It is an original colour plate, not colourised.
