Photoshop (well... knockoff photoshop) gives too much power
A sign welcoming travellers to the city of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The sign has been altered to read "Welcome to Ottawa: Under construction since 1867." The sign, like the city, is bilingual, so it also reads "Bienvenue a Ottawa: en construction depuis 1867." The population number has been altered to "9001" in an obvious and frankly stupid "over 9000" joke/reference
