On Sunday I visited Gunkanjima, an island 20km from Nagasaki and a former coal mine once home to some 5300 people and the island is tiny.

Reserved seating is more akin to the Green cars on other Shinkansen services in a 2-2 and unreserved seats are in a 2-3 layout.

It's also the shortest Shinkansen line in the country at only 66km total.

U.S Burger here in Fukuoka with the chef being from Los Angeles.
Juicy beef patty, lettuce,, tomato and maple bacon.
