Dominick Barlow, still OUT tonight as he recovers from a right elbow laceration, is on the court for a pregame session.
As you can see, sleeve on right arm but seems to be bending the elbow fairly comfortably.

VJ Edgecombe was 2-for-9 going into 4th quarter vs TOR and missed his next 3. Then scored 6 straight for the Sixers to stabilize the lead.
