I can't watch much of the Live Aid footage because all these memories come flooding back. It hurts too much knowing how much pain I was in and how I was destroying myself with grog.

It was poignant because I realised, if John Lennon had still been alive then, that The Beatles may have been the last act at Wembley on that turnaround stage!
I got really angry and realised the loss the world had sustained 5 years earlier.

Queen deserve all the accolades they got for their performance. Absolutely blew others off stage.
Poignant moment for me was when McCartney got coaxed into a piano rendition of Let It Be at the end of Wembley.

I worked with a guy in 1980s, he saved and saved for a big adventure through Europe using his Swedish dual citizenship.
It was cut short after 10 months away, because his Father had died. Came home to run the family business until it could be sold.

All 3 countries have been very heavy handed in land clearing jungle too. Landslides and flooding bound to happen.

Voyager 1 & 2 are still operational in a basic survival mode. Both are in interstellar space (I presume that means beyond our Solar System). I think Voyager 1 is nearing one Light Day away in distance.
I don't know if they ever crossed paths close enough to photo each other.
