Wife told me to ride carefully on my way home so I sent her these.
She didn’t realise the most dangerous thing was cycling with just one crank, 1/2 cross 1/2 drop bar handlebar. Fellow Cyclists were right on it.

Just saved myself a few hours browsing Pinterest, bike forums and pages of multiple bike companies looking at colours or using web generators to imagine.

Just baked this 一斤 loaf of white bread with 250gm of strong 💪 Hokkaido flour.
My cheap little bread maker gets a nice rise but I still can’t seem to get that perfect dome cooked loaf.
Larger wholewheat done day before went well but might’ve proofed a little early. Used slightly colder water today.

Enjoyed some great coffees here in Fukuoka.
REC Coffee East, Unplugged and ECEU were my favourites.
Didn’t take a lot of photos of all places, just chilled and enjoyed. Unplugged though was too nice not to take a few photos.

Is it just me but I prefer the canned version over the bottled Pocari. Doesn’t seem as sweet.

In this weeks, edition of Aussie in Japan,’s Sandwich club I’ve whipped up a rather excellent loaf with a special Hokkaido flour made for home bakeries mixed with some whole wheat flour, walnuts & some Kyushu brown sugar instead of the regular white sugar. Soy milk and non-dairy butter variation.
