i finished the reformatory and the ending made me cry my eyes out which is extremely rare with books for me. the MCs actually remind me a lot of myself and my little brother

today was the first day i had a doctor actually talk to and legit listen to me for like an hour and i didn’t feel rushed at all, in fact i had to make myself leave so i could go back to work on time. it was a small office, very cutely decorated, smelled nice and black woman owned 💅🏾
