i forgot there is another major factor but here is a cain picture regardless. this is the one thats just short of 6k its the lower poly one. it lacks a minor subframe inside the back that doesnt make much difference so this is basically the model

The program would contribute to supersonic, hypersonic, and extreme altitude flight research, physiological understanding, thermal behaviour and material design, aerospace theory and space flight R&D as a foundational study. This is our first and coolest spaceship fight me about it.

The plane was launched from a B-52 mothership, overflew a series of internetted(!) tracking stations spanning Nevada known as the High Range, and landed on skids as a glider at Edwards AFB.

It burned ammonia in the first man-rated throttleable liquid rocket engine and was built mostly from a nickel alloy by North American Aviation, 3 vehicles were built and flown, 2 remain after a tragic crash killed pilot Michael J. Adams in 1967.

The X-15 hypersonic rocketship first flew in 1959 and was operated until 1968 jointly by USAF, USN, and the newly formed NASA, formerly the NACA. It would achieve speeds up to mach 6.7 (4520mph) and altitudes reaching 354,200ft (67+ miles) and is metal as fuck. I have modeled it you can observe.
