Normies like the way fanfiction is written. Normies just didn't realize they liked it because they didn't go looking for fanfic. Tradpub thought only fandom people liked that kind of writing, and it's been a harsh realization.

I do wish there were an easy way to do that. The Pew research is all accessible but I lack the knowhow. This, however, is pretty telling.

This sounds a little sus. This says ~7,579,000 million adults have been injured under the circumstances below (specifically in a public space where 4+ people were shot). That's... well. I'd like to see more details about the methodology.
