The beginnings of a scarf on knitting needles. For knitters, it's a simple k2p2 ribbing, but the yarn is beautifully decadent 100% wool from Pennsylvania and dyed locally. It is a random color pattern of hot pink and black.

Wasn't planning on logging on today until i got an email from my boss pointing out a mistake on one of the graphics I made, so I guess I'm working today.

And doing laundry. And waiting for the electrician. And making soup. And thinking about making bread.

A skein yarn, beautifully striped with pale pinks and greens, and a couple of rows knit onto circular needles. The first six inches or so of a hand knit scarf, made from the pink and green yarn.

I realized when I was halfway through Paladin's Grace that the wrap I'm knitting is the same color scheme as the book cover.

I thought @tkingfisher.com would get a kick out of that.
