I've yet to see this "evil man" who will "destroy America" that the Right has been frothing over. What I do see is people of all races and indentities and religions embracing a message that says they are represented. He's someone the Right is terrified of. I hope he wins today!

Sadly, we don't have the numbers evangelicals do, but Liberal denominations (Congregationalists, Unitarians, etc.) have made a significant difference in supporting marginalized groups: people of color, women, the queer community. If Evangelicals actually followed the words of their own Messiah...

Absolutely, but many people are afraid to just step up and fight like that. They need other people stepping up so they can see safety and power in the numbers.
Remember, the Women's Suffrage and Civil Rights movements started out as marches and protests.

Honestly, neither group—and by "group" I mean the leaders, not the citizenry—is trustworthy. Both seem driven by an insane desire to destroy the others and their people. It's like a pathological hatred and hate has driven the most heinous acts in human history.
