Thinking about failure demand - would quantifying the amount of documentation, the amount of time and the poor quality of muni. Info (see election funding data) help to make explicit what it takes to be an informed citizen / ind advocate?

Thnks to @bikehfxlobby.bsky.social, I am fixated on making failure demand of muni govt explicit. @landofsticks.bsky.social did a great job with Watershed committee reporting, but how might we not only make failure demand explicit, but shareable + actionable?
