It is definitely in the "infant" stage and will change a ton even in the next 2 years. "Worst" isn't an accurate statement in my opinion.

The one SOPPA agreement (Ilinois NDPA) they signed says No students under 13 in the Ex A. Instead of signing a new clear doc they signed another Ex A . It is confusing. Even with an actual request they refused to sign a new SOPPA. I worked with them for 2 months and they refused. #ImDone

They refused to sign a new SOPPA agreement. They kept adding addendums and our lawyers said No go.
