A couple of weeks ago, in light of the Trump Administration's cap on indirect costs, I asked this community how they think indirect rates should be negotiated, and by whom. Is the FAIR model the answer? As a postdoc who is working to build a research program, I'm genuinely asking. Opinions?

I don't think I've ever gotten anything but a form letter for review requests. This seems normal to me.
