I had a hiatus awhile ago (now probably back on novels for 10 year). One thing I'm finding now that can be good on social media is people who recommend books who you can get to know if they have a taste that jives with you. I get this mostly from Instagram...but BookTok is a thing.

Took me a moment to realize you were just commenting on the mountains that are white (which happen to be the Sierra Nevada)...not the "White Mountains" a short range of mountains 35 miles to the east of where this photo was taken.

There may be a place to show the destruction at times...but this is what I really want to see. What you (and we, at least as our government will allow) are fighting for!

One of the things that always sucks in life, and is now happening more than ever, is finding out something you had no idea existed is really, really amazing...but you find this out on the day of its demise...

I think we really could use your ten point plan. Please get right on that! Seriously, hand-over to a new, hopefully less cynical generation of various shades of left leaning would be great...hope it comes to pass.

So, a very serious question. What do we do with this? If we expel every Democrat who is a hypocrite and a sellout, and that weakens the coalition to a point that MAGA firmly entrenches autocracy, making this all moot…?? What then? I am not saying you are wrong…I’m really questioning what do we do?

Some tragedies come from accidents or mishaps…others are the result of evil…thank you for sharing, so we do not forget the face of evil

It’s great that she is this way. The world needs some people driven like this….but the world does NOT need everyone to be like this or to even set that as a universal ideal. Also, I question that millennials were any more known for their drive when they were Gen Z age
