Just before sunrise over a lake. The sky is a mixture of of clouds and clear, blue a the top of the photo with an orange glow closer to the horizon. These are all reflected in the lake, but the surface is not smooth, so the reflection is somewhat fuzzy

A vehicle bridge over a wide river at dusk. The sky is dark blue and the same color is reflected in the river. There are streetlights on the bridge at either end of the photo and navigation lights under the bridge, all also reflected in the water. The exposure is long, so the lights of vehicles crossing the bridge are long streaks and the reflection of those in the river is more diffuse.

Another "f/8 and be there" moment. I made a point of taking a slight detour to go to Providence Canyon gastateparks.org/ProvidenceCa... last week. The canyon is inadvertently man-made from poor farming practices in the 19th century. #photography #stateparks #canyon
Providence Canyon, Georgia. This canyon eroded from poor farming practices from the 19th century. The sky is mostly cloudy. The canyons are a mixture of orange, gray, and white. The eroded walls are steep and rugged. A variety of trees, mostly evergreen, grow in the canyons.
