there is one rule you have to follow when dealing with a grandparent who is also an immigrant. Do not take your baby to them with bare feet lol. They will accuse you of neglect, grab the baby and dress them in an electric blanket

Another issue that isn't mentioned is fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (behavioural issues caused by drinking whilst pregnant) and parents are not equipped in diagnosis and support. anyways, the adoption and care system in this country needs serious reform
