Inostrancevia was a late Permian sabertoothed therapsid. This animal lived in Europe (I. alexandri, I. latifrons and I. uralensis) and Africa (I. africana)
It was the largest of the gorgonopsians and could reach up to 3m in length

Armadillosuchus is often reconstructed with shell-like osteoderms, but in reality, this pseudosuchian had an an overlying thick leathery layer of skin, with the osteoderms being very hard to notice if not completely hidden in life.
