DNS stuff still churning but repo is here: github.com/MelSumner/wo...

Feel free to fork, open issues, etc. It's just a static site RN. My goal is to make it as easy as possible to contribute.

Hey if anyone is considering backing up any datasets for some reason today, the Open Science Framework has free storage up to 5G/private repository, and up to 50G/public repository.

(The OSF is run by a 501c3 (Center for Open Science), so if you do this you might also consider making a donation.)

To update people on the NSF PRFB situation: despite the court challenge and rescinding the original memo, the NSF has continued to comply with the executive order. They have not communicated with us at all and our paychecks are still canceled indefinitely. I know people who cannot pay their rent.

#astrocode one of the most useful little tools I know of is ezpadova by @mfouesneau.bsky.social - it can download Padova+PARSEC stellar evolution isochrones with Python.

It is SO much easier than having to use the default web form, and it just got a big new update:
GitHub - mfouesneau/ezpadova: A python package that allows you to download PADOVA isochrones directly from their website
