Her eyes aren’t quite closed; she is squinting at my parents to do the cat love blink. She is adored and adoring. While I was on the phone with my mother she said to my father “oh did you come to say hi to [Astro]?”

I think her face looks generic cat happy, but we are bonkers obsessed with this cat and during lockdown we scientifically studied her body language. Her outstretched front paw is a greeting and invitation to touch. Her rolled-back laying posture is very happy.
