Just found out from a college that astropy is broken, and I am not in fact incompetent! time to code a bunch of coordinate transformation functions from scratch joy!

Well a week until I pick up a cpap machine. Covid really has had a huge impact and left me with both sleep apnea and hearing loss which may or may not be perminant. Frustrating but still could have been worse.
