As of 9:15pm PST all TikTok urls are returning 403 Forbidden via yt-dlp from Canada, UK, Sweden, Germany, and France VPN locations. Final count 111059 videos from 466 accounts. Not sure if global outage or some kind of block on downloading, permanent or temporary.
