Let’s begin your journey with lucid dreaming. Lucid Dreams occur during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, the stage of vivid dreams. In this state, you realize you’re dreaming and can stay in the dream, fully aware. This awareness, known as lucidity, allows control over the dream experience.
