As long as they have nothing to fear they're going to do what they want, to who they want, where they want.
As sad as it might sound, especially to churchgoers, they need something to fear.

ICE's goal is maximum pain & cruelty, to serve as a deterrent to get people who would immigrate to the US to consider going elsewhere.

Hey, even in regular cars I'm that guy who throws it into neutral going downhill in the mountains.
