Not even a week ago I was making hot chocolate because it was so cold. Tonight I’m having to sleep with multiple fans on because it was 84 fucking degrees today and it’s still hot in my room 😑

Turns out I get to start the pie tonight because it’s gonna be hot as fuck tomorrow and I need the dough as chilled as possible. So it’ll be living in the fridge until I have to blind bake.

Good thing I decided to make the compound butter for the turkey today because holy shit it took forever to get some of the herb leaves off the stems. Wednesday will be brine day and pie day. Thursday turkey, rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy. I got this. I think
