Honestly, as a recruiter, I can say this happens. People will say they have another offer to see if they can rush the process. It's so tough because you don't want to assume the worst of others.

I LOVED it and think about it so often. Filled me with fury but also validation. I will say my book club read it and the feedback was mixed - it can get dense and a little repetitive but everyone agreed it was important! I found it really easy to get through on audio!
