clearly Commander Maxil and the Sixth Doctor are secretly the same Time Lord though~

the solution, believe it or not, is not ‘mismanage it even further’

it almost feels like the government are deliberately bodging nationalising rail so that when asked to consider nationalising other services they can point at the steaming bin fire DfT Operator and Network Rail have been allowed to become and say ‘ah but look it doesn’t actually improve anything’

windows 2000* can have little a public internet exposure as a treat

*or Me, I guess, but who the hell has a Windows Me install running infrastructure in 2025
