New study in JAMA. Modelling shows that at current state-level vaccination rates, measles may become endemic again in the USA. If rates continue to decline, ditto for rubella, poliomyelitis and diphtheria, leading to many preventable hospitalisations and deaths.

Email I sent Jan 26 to Target Investor Relations after they announced they were ending their diversity programs: "I have always enjoyed shopping at Target and often went out of my way to do so. Unfortunately, I can no longer spend my money there after this disgraceful and wholly unnecessary decision. I wanted someone there to know." Headline from today: "Target suffers 10th consecutive week of foot traffic declines, sinking stock prices since caving on DEI"
