He’s said he’s happy with the squad during the season but of course I agree we’re light in certain areas. But his outburst is ultimately pointless and certainly counter productive. He obviously thinks he’s protecting the team but frankly they don’t need protecting if they put their chances away!

Can’t imagine he’d have said what he did had our strikers not missed their chances. His reaction was unnecessary, but he hates losing.
Yes, a couple more players would’ve been ideal but then he’s on record as saying he’s happy with the squad before.
